Success Courses meet for four weeks and are comprised of ten or fewer participants. The purpose of a success course is to bring like-minded women together to experience an intensive Career Development process in a supportive and dynamic classroom setting.

On the Map of Life...
Where to Begin?

Loss of your professional self can feel confusing, isolating, and overwhelming... even though you are choosing to be at home with your children and wouldn't have it any other way.  Regardless of how many years you've been at home with your kids, life can feel better, whether or not you intend to work outside the home at some point in the future.

• Rediscover yourself professionally and personally, outside of the needs of your family. Figure out who you are with regard to your interests, skills, personality style and values as they relate to your newly defined professional identity.
  
  
• Standardized career inventories and interpretation (Meyers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, Values, Skills, etc.) are included in this course. Narrow down occupational possibilities for the future and develop a new career direction that is conducive to you and your life as a mom.
  
  
• Have your own built-in networking group to bounce ideas off of, feel validated, and to serve as a support group throughout the trials of this journey.

This series is focused on the mechanics of the career development process for mothers who are ready psychologically to plunge ahead to identify a career goals and start to get immersed in experiences that will support that goal.  Topics will include:

• Career Assessments
• Whole Life Inventory and Life Design
• Resume Development

Online standardized career assessments and interpretation will also be included in this series to affirm your career decision making. Have your own built-in networking group to bounce off ideas and to feel validated. This series is about executing your career and life plan while raising your family.
