Comprehensive Career Counseling for College Students and Young Professionals. 

Young people need support to develop their professional identity.  Choose from the following options.

Private Sessions:  Meet with Hilary Berger for individual career counseling sessions or take advantage of a counseling package which includes: work on clarification of career direction,  standardized career assessments with customized reports, a detailed action map,  and interview training.  Offered in-person or through Skype.

Career Launch Package: Includes 2 Sessions: One 90 minute Career Counseling Session in addition to the administration and professional interpretation of 2 nationally standardized career assessments. Students complete The Meyers Briggs Type Inventory and Strong Interest Inventory in addition to other assessment tools. A second 90 minute session will focus on building professional confidence by learning and mastering their interview technique.Fee-$599

The best way to create your optimal career path from the inside out. A comprehensive approach to match yourself to career activities for which you are best suited and that you will thrive in.

Session 2    The Perfect Resume & LinkeIn for Job Search
How to write a winning resume that is optimized for both online and in person job searching and review of how to use LinkedIn for research and networking.

Session 3  Think Like a Recruiter, Act Like a Candidate
The key to your success as a job-seeker is to understand how recruiters and HR professionals think and approach recruitment efforts.Have a better understanding of how to engage with recruiters and HR throughout the hiring process and learn tips to get your resume greater visibility with key decision-makers.
